When you use the AI chat widget on our website, your messages are transmitted to DeepSeek (a third-party AI provider) for processing. Messages are processed in transit; we do not store chat history on our servers. DeepSeek's processing is subject to their own privacy policy.

2.2 RFQ (Request for Quotation) Form

When you submit a quote request, we collect: company name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), vessel/project details, product interest, quantity, delivery date, and additional notes. This data is emailed directly to our Commercial Director and is used solely to prepare your quotation.

2.3 Contact Form & Live Chat Requests

When you use our contact form or request a live agent, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, message) and notify our team. This data is delivered via email and is not stored on our web servers.

2.4 Telegram Live Chat Bridge

If you engage in live chat through our website, messages are relayed through Telegram's API to our team. Message content is transient — it passes through Vercel's serverless infrastructure but is not persisted by us beyond the active chat session.
