Compared with steel wire rope, POWERNEEMA® RRR is safer and significantly reduces snap-back risk. Under the same size, strength is equivalent to steel wire rope; weight is only 1/8. Replacing traditional synthetic rope, diameter and weight are greatly reduced — easier to operate, saving mooring time and fuel.

An optional braided outer jacket layer can be selected for LIFTMAX® to provide extra protection. Jacket material options include polyester fibre (Polyester) and HMPE fibre. The jacket sleeve itself is not load-bearing, but can reduce strength loss caused by sling abrasion — extending operational life in high-wear environments.
Quality & Capability
Located in Taizhou Bay Economic and Technological Development Zone, our manufacturing partner's history traces back to the 1950s. Three generations focused on one rope. On 31 March 2021, COSCO SHIPPING (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd (00517.HK) became a capital shareholder, realising the transformation from family business to corporation.
Our manufacturing partner is a National High-Tech Enterprise, National-level "Little Giant" Enterprise (Specialised, Refined, Characteristic, Innovative), and Provincial "Hidden Champion" Enterprise. It holds approval certificates from CCS, DNV, ABS, NK, LR, and BV — the only rope enterprise in China with offshore deep-sea mooring rope type approval certificates from both ABS and DNV, and the first domestic enterprise to obtain OCIMF MEG4 type approval certificates.

Technical Guidance
Customisation
All rope specifications can be customised including: material (HMPE, Aramid, Power-mixed, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon, Polyester), construction (3-strand, 4-strand, 6-strand, 8-strand, 12-strand, double-braided, parallel-strand), diameter, circumference, length (metres, feet, yards), hand feeling (soft/medium/hard/extra hard), twist direction (Z or S), packaging, and colour (any colour available).
Safe Handling
Choose the right rope for the job — consider working load, method of use and environment. Always examine for damage before and during use. Pay attention to twist direction when uncoiling — Z-twist ropes should be uncoiled counterclockwise; S-twist ropes clockwise. Do not work directly under any rope in use. Always use protection pads at sharp edges. Follow splicing instructions carefully.
Storage & Care
Store ropes away from heat sources, direct sunlight, wind and rain, and corrosive chemical substances. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated environment. Water can reduce the strength of Nylon ropes and cause stiffening — store off the ground. Chemical fibre ropes should not be exposed to high temperatures which will degrade performance. Inspect regularly for any signs of wear, abrasion, or damage.
